Historical purchases only: WebInvestigator is now free. These terms remain available for customers who purchased access before the free release; they do not describe a current offer.
Seller and payment processor
WebInvestigator is the seller of Pro access. Google does not process, manage or guarantee this purchase. Stripe securely processes card payments and provides receipts and billing management.
Plans
Monthly Pro costs US$9.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals, takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and does not itself refund charges already paid.
Founding One-time Access costs US$49.99 once, with no recurring fee. It provides one user with Pro access to the current local-first WebInvestigator Chrome extension and updates to that product while the product remains available. Future hosted cloud, team, enterprise or separately sold services are not included.
Base prices are set in United States dollars. Stripe may present and charge an eligible customer in a supported local currency using Adaptive Pricing; otherwise checkout uses USD. The exact currency, taxes and total shown before payment are what you will be charged.
Delivery and use
After Stripe confirms payment, Stripe redirects to WebInvestigator’s confirmation page, where WebInvestigator’s licensing service issues and displays a recovery key for 24 hours. Save it with the Stripe receipt. A checkout started inside the extension also attempts automatic activation; otherwise, enter the key under Upgrade → Restore a purchase. Stripe provides the payment receipt; the support email does not generate or automatically deliver licences.
A licence is for one purchaser’s use and must not be sold, published or shared. Users are responsible for using captured material lawfully and for independently assessing whether an export meets any court, regulatory or evidentiary requirement.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please use the free allowance to assess the extension before purchasing. This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer law, including any required refund, replacement or other remedy. For a purchase or service problem, contact support with the original checkout email and Stripe receipt or invoice number. A fully refunded or reversed payment no longer provides Pro access; access may be suspended while a payment dispute is unresolved.
Availability and changes
The extension depends on Chrome and websites that can change without notice. Features may be updated for security, browser compatibility or legal reasons. WebInvestigator is provided without a guarantee that every website can be captured or that service will be uninterrupted.

Monthly billing can be managed through Stripe’s secure customer portal using an email one-time code. Purchase recovery, cancellation and refund support: webinvestigatorextension@gmail.com. Include the original checkout email and receipt or invoice number. If that inbox is no longer accessible, provide another reasonable proof of purchase. Never send card details, passwords or one-time codes.
